Předložená diplomová práce „Návrh rozvoje internacionalizační strategie společnosti Heinrich Huhn na mexickém trhu” je založená na identifikaci kritických faktorů ovlyvňujících volbu konkrétní mezinárodní formy vstupu. Teoretická čásť je zaměřená na otázku globalizace a internacionalizace, její strategie a forem vstupu. Analytická čásť zahrnuje analýzu interního podnikatelského prostředí firmy Heirich Huhn, přehled odvětví, analýzu externího mexického prostředí, které sú následně shrnuty v analýze SWOT. Poslední čásť nabízí návrhy a doporučení založená na konsolidaci předložených analýz.

The theoretical part consists of definitions, methods of financial analysis and is a theoretical base for the practical part of the thesis. In the practical part of the thesis there are internal, external and financial analysis. Improvement suggestions for the current company situation are interpreted from the results.
Customer Satisfaction Analysis and Proposals for Its Improvement

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction with the product. This work defines the theoretical backgroung and issues related to customer satisfaction. The basic methods and processes for analysis of the marketing environment and the isssue of a questionnaire survey. Theoretical solutions are applied to a specific product, running shoes of the company adidas. The questionnaire survey, internal and external analysis, suggests the factors with which customers are or are not satisfied. Specific proposals to increase customer satisfaction with the product are set out on the basis of the outputs from the questionnaire.
Using GreenGraffiti as an Additional Tool of Marketing Communication of the Company

Tato diplomová práce z oblasti marketingu zkoumá možnost využití alternativního reklamního média zvaného GreenGraffiti jako dalšího komunikačního nástroje. Protože je pro Českou republiku a tím i české klienty tento typ reklamního média nový, je důležité vysvětlit, co přesně GreenGraffiti je, odkud pochází a jak se objevilo v České republice. Tato diplomová práce bude také zkoumat, zda je GreenGraffiti vhodným reklamním médiem pro český trh ,a které problémy je třeba vyřešit před tím, než bude zařazen do komunikačního mixu společnosti. Tato práce je napsána na základě znalostí získaných během stáže ve Studio Tomato s.r.o., které vlastnilo licenci na GreenGraffiti pro Českou republiku a také na základě informací získaných od Jima Bowese, zakladatele GreenGraffiti Holding BV.
Tvorba strategie v podmínkách výrobního podniku

The thesis is focused on the identification of a strategic proposal in the conditions of a manufacturing company on the Czech market. The aim of the thesis was to propose and describe possible new strategies based on partial results from the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company. The thesis used the methods of PESTE analysis and Porter's five driving forces model in the external environ-ment. Within the internal environment, the 7S method and selected ratios of finan-cial analysis were used. On the basis of partial findings, the thesis used SWOT analysis methods and EFE, IFE, IE and SPACE matrices. The result of the work is a detailed description of the proposed strategy, specific recommendations of the subenterprise for the implementation of the strategic proposal and economic evaluation of the impact of the strategic proposal. The strategic proposal, if applied, will lead to an improvement in the efficiency of the company.

The aim of the thesis is an execution of strategic analysis wich is based on the Internal and external analysis.The strategic analysis is applied to business kooperative Soběšice which deals with the agricultural production. The processing includes the theoretical-methodological and practical part. The diploma thesis contains PEST analysis, 4C method, sector analysis, Porter model of five forces, VRIO analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. The thesis contains a comprehensive view of the present state of the company and its surroundings. The output is the development of a strategy for future business development.

This thesis consists of two parts. In theoretical part of the research, there are findings about strategies, their management, options, different approaches, and also some specific analyses from a number of domestic and foreign authors. In the practical part of my research, there is a further process of strategic analysis of a specific company- in this case, DUDAK- Strakonice Town Brewery, a.s. I used analyzes like Porter's five forces model, Industry analysis, PEST analysis, Financial analysis and Marketing mix in this thesis. Aim of this study is to conduct a complete strategic analysis of the business and suggest a specific strategy for its further positive development.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis of the company ZEAS Podorlicko, a.s. This company operates in agriculture sector. They specialize in livestock and crop production as well as in operation of a biogas plant. The thesis consists of 2 parts. The first part is theoretical and it describes a procedure of strategic analysis construction. These procedures are applied for company in the practical part. The results from the practical part are summarized in a SWOT analysis, which is necessary for recommendations for the company.

The aim of this thesis, which is titled Strategic Analysis of TKZ Polná, Ltd. is to perform a strategic analysis in this company and then suggest some possible recommendations. The theoretical part presents analytical methods and tools, which are suitable for analysis of the internal and external environment of the company. In the practical part, these methods are applied to the company. The analysis results from the practical part are then summarized in the SWOT analysis, where the individual factors are evaluated using the EFE and IFE matrix. The values from these matrices are recorded in the TOWS matrix, which allows to suggest possible strategic recommendations or new strategies for future development of the company.
